VetsAI provides AI-generated clinical support tools for use by licensed veterinary professionals only. All AI outputs including differential diagnoses, drug dosage guidance, urgency assessments, and SOAP note drafts are decision-support tools only. They must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified, licensed veterinarian before any clinical action is taken. VetsAI is not a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of VetsAI by unlicensed individuals for clinical decision-making is strictly prohibited. VetsAI Technologies accepts no liability for clinical outcomes.
These Terms of Service govern your use of VetsAI ("the Service") operated by VetsAI Technologies, registered in Accra, Ghana. By accessing or using VetsAI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VetsAI is intended exclusively for:
You must be at least 18 years old to use VetsAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@vetsai.vet if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
One account may be shared across a clinic team subject to your subscription plan limits. Sharing login credentials between separate clinics or organisations is prohibited.
VetsAI AI outputs are generated to assist qualified veterinary professionals and carry the following limitations:
WOAH Compliance: VetsAI supports detection of potentially notifiable diseases under the WOAH Terrestrial Animal Health Code. However, official disease reporting obligations remain the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian and clinic. VetsAI does not constitute an official disease notification.
VetsAI offers the following subscription plans:
A free trial period is offered to new accounts. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
We offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription month if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at privacy@vetsai.vet within 7 days of your first payment. Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If VetsAI experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our systems, we will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
You retain full ownership of all clinical data, patient records, and content you enter into VetsAI. We do not claim ownership of your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, subject to retention requirements under applicable law. Clinical records may be retained for up to 7 years for regulatory compliance.
You agree not to:
VetsAI and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of VetsAI Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
You retain ownership of all clinical data and content you enter. You grant VetsAI a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VetsAI Technologies shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VetsAI Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner harmful to others. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. For users in other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice in the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
